Tutoring Services.
15+ years experience tutoring students from all backgrounds in a one-on-one or small group (2-3) setting. Tutoring sessions are usually held in a public setting, such as a study room in a local library. I have also tutored virtually when needed.
The students I primarily work with range between 2nd-7th grades. I have also worked with 1st graders and 8th graders on a case-by-case basis. The first sessions will be utilized to assess student needs. Then, an individualized curriculum is prepared for the child. All subject areas will be considered and educational resources are provided by me.
Please be aware of the following payment policies:
- Payment is to be made in advance for a block of 2 sessions or more. Blocks of 3 sessions or more will receive a 6% discount. Payments can be made by Venmo, Paypal, cash or check.
To offer flexibility and to maintain goodwill, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- 50% cancellation fee payable unless the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Canceled sessions can be rescheduled, but only at the tutor’s discretion.
Extenuating circumstances such as illness will be recognized and taken into consideration.
